At Beauty Bina, we strive to provide high-quality skincare and beauty products that meet our customers’ expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds for items that meet the following conditions:

Unused & Unopened Products: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Returns within 30 Days: You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return or refund.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or opened products.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the original seller for returns).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Email Us at info@beautybina.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
2️⃣ Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a return authorization.
3️⃣ Ship the Product: Securely pack the item and send it to our return address, which will be provided in the return approval email.
4️⃣ Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Processing

✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
✔ Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

If your refund has not been processed within 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or a replacement due to damage, please follow the return steps above. Once we receive your item, we will ship the replacement product at no extra cost.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will offer a full refund.

6. Cancellations & Order Changes

Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Order Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes.
